Errata text needs to be wrapped

I went to RFC 8175 in the Datatracker, clicked on the Errata button (to check if a possible problem had already been entered), and got this hard to use page listing Errata. In particular, the original text and suggested new text (and probably other fields), are not wrapped and you have to screw around horizontally scrolling which is a pain.

I suggest

• Original text and Corrected text should contain hard line breaks. (Even though the existing data is mixed in this regard, ideally the Original text is copied & pasted from the txt file.)
• Notes field should be soft-wrapped for display. Yes, it will be an issue for a Notes field that contains artwork, but most Notes fields contain sentences rather than artwork or code. A future enhancement would be the ability to indicate <pre> a.k.a. artwork within the Notes field (e.g., use markdown within the Notes field).

For example: errata reports for RFC 9200

• New page
  ('Notes' content is not wrapped. Horizontal scrolling is required to read 'Notes' on each of the 7 reports.)
  vs.
• Old page
  ('Notes' content is soft-wrapped, responds to resized window. There's no horizontal scrolling.)

(The issue is not unique to this RFC; it's widespread among errata reports.)
