Support remaining accounts #61
Description
many anchor programs use remaining_accounts for extra accounts not defined in the IDL
for example, many lending protocols use remaining accounts for oracle and reserve addresses
would be nice to have an extra function generated for every instruction that takes in extra addresses
what is nice about this tool is it generates the output which can easily be modified to support this
just calling this out for possible support in the future
