How do I make a circular progress>

I wanted to make a circular progress like this below in Ignis but I don't know how to. I have read the wiki and searched in issues and discussions as well.

xD actually, I've made a circular progress bar widget using cario. It works flawlessly but well, I couldn't figure out how to apply css on it, like right now the width of bar, background color, progress color, etc. all of it can be modified programmatically only via passing the value. Do you mind if I create a PR (following wiki guidelines) about it and then we discuss there?
