Describe the bug

  1. His super (236236P) does not put enemy in custom state
  2. His projectile does not disappear when it makes contact with the opponent

To Reproduce

  1. Download character
  2. Try using 236236P and check for custom state
  3. try using [2]8P and confirm if projectile disappears

Expected behavior

See above

It's better if you can make a thread for each issue. You can pretty much copy paste this one and leave only one issue in each thread.

EDIT: The second issue is the same as #1860. So I guess this thread is enough.

The first issue is also related to that but has unrelated complicating factors.
