Fullscreen Window Mode Task Bar

Describe the bug

In fullscreen window mode, task bar never gets covered. ikemen is always under the taskbar. Even clicking the taskbar then clicking on ikemen, it never appears over the taskbar.

To Reproduce

window mode

choose window size of the same size as desktop resolution

Expected behavior

to appear over the taskbar

I don't understand what this report is about

stays under taskbar like already stated. taskbar needs to be able to go under the ikemen window like every other game. taskbar is that little strip and the very bottom with the icons on it.
