Problem: Session failed to start

I have around 25 devices in my Remotely docker container (still on 2023.09.11.1010 due to the breaking changes in the latest versions).

Everything works perfect sind many months (or is it already years?), but I cannot connect to one device. Usually after clicking on "Actions" - >"Remote Control" a green button appears in the right bottom corner saying "Starting remote control". But with this one device nothing happens at all, and after some time a red button appears in the bottom right corner saying "Session failed to start". All other devices show no problem, even devices in the same remote network. On all the devices the Resident Agents are installed.

Any idea what could cause this problem? If the user downloads the Remotely_Desktop.exe, I can connect, but the screen freezes as soon as the UAC appears on the remote device. So this is no workaround.
