[Feature] Create Stack From Any Page

The feature

I'd like to be able to create a stack from any page, like albums, people, favourites, etc. Ideally this would function the same as on the timeline, with a button in the menu to stack/unstack photos on any of these pages.

It's currently pretty cumbersome to stack images in, for example, the favourites pages, since I'd have to select one of the images, view in timeline, find the other image, stack, then go back to favourites and find where I was if I had more organization to do. It gets a bit worse when it's an old and image and new image that I want to stack, since they'd be so far away from each other in most views (tagging and stacking from the Tags page could help with this though).

I'm working on learning Svelte and the Immich server in order to maybe work on this myself for the web portion, however my inexperience with the framework/architecture is presenting some issues for me at the moment.

This isn't so much a feature request on its own, but rather covered by requests like #15022.

Sure, arguably should be an encompassing feature that asset actions(download, favourite, edit, stack, etc) should be available on all pages, not just the timeline/photos page.

Should I create a new thread or edit this request to be broader in scope then?
