page schema: Adding the overall width and height of the page image would be helpful

Currently there is no information in the page json that gives an idea of the full image pixel dimensions (width, height). It would be very helpful for engaging with the coordinates if this information is specified here.
Consistency checks, paragraph sampling (where you want to be sure that a fixed amount of pixel around the image is naturally available.)
