I have this error, i saw 2 issue have the same as mine but there is no solution for it. I have setup the environment, and my current OpenVINO version is 2020.2. I cant download version 2020.1 and below since its not available anymore in the OpenVINO website. version 2020.2 is the only oldest version they have.
