It would be nice to see the date and time at which an instance is added to Cephalopod, as well as when it was updated (synchronized) last.

This is especially interesting if we have multiple instances with the same URL, to differentiate between the active one and the potentially inactive ones.

Removed instances are also not shown at all Maybe they could be displayed with their removal date as well?
