I've done a bit of poking around but I new to python. Based off what is in resources for epd and shared.py I tried creating an entry for waveshare 3in52 with no luck.

I need to work of other type of screen👍 @Dante9x9

The good news is that I have placed all the elements of the interface with relative numerical values, so that the interface is always well positioned even with a larger screen, so it will be an opportunity to try it when I manage to make it work on other screens.

But the ideal for me would be if I could order different types of screens to try.

Also running a Raspberry Pi 4B here.
Seeing as how Bjorn has a web interface and SSH, I have no intention of using a screen.
(Unless I'm missing something here) The service seems to not have a contingency for headless mode.
It would be much appreciated as it would cut down the cost of unneeded parts.
My logs are very similar to Dante above.

(edit)
Disregard above, my issue seems to have been solved by choosing 32-bit OS rather than 64, and then choosing the V4 screen.

@Dante9x9 You can give PR#102 a try.

It would potentially address:

  • browser only access
  • 3.5 inch

Thanks!
