If https://pod.com/foo is a 404, then treat it as a request for https://pod.com/foo/

Actually not so sure now whether this is helpful for a Solid server, since pod API requests will rarely result from hand-typed URLs, and machines have no reason to misspell URLs. I might choose not to add this if the spec doesn't require it. Same for serving index.html instead of RDF container description

I think I'll stick to not doing this, as it would probably add more annoying complexity than useful functionality.
