What's the right flow for making next release?

Hi! I'm trying to understand how to work with the next branch.

Here's the way I use it:

1. Create a PR with some feature A
2. Add label minor
3. Merge this to the next branch
4. Create a PR with some feature B
5. Add label minor
6. Merge this to the next branch // <- Here our workflow is failing

The reason why my workflow is failing is that by pushing to next branch I call auto shipit, which creates some tag, and when I merge feature B with the same label, it can't create the same tag, because we already have it. What's the possible way on resolve that issue?

@hipstersmoothie maybe you could suggest something?

Fixed the problem by using --unshallow argument in get fetch --tags command
