stock tracking 50-pcba's in a box. this box in a larger box how to

Hi All,

I have PCBA's (Ready products) each pcba is in an esd-bag . 50 of these esd-bags' are to be packed in a carton box. this box i would like to be labeled and i want a list of serials that are inside this small box.
next 10 of thes small booxes are placed for shipment in one bigger box. resulting in 500PCBA's per shipment.

Now i was wondering how others deal or would think how to deal with this scenario.

my tipical flow is:

1. pcba's are received from teh manufacturere
2. I test each and avery PCBA
3. if passed i a sticker is printed whihc i add one on the PCB an one on the esd-bag
4. when done i scan all serial numbers in Inventree thus filling my stock.
5. than i place them per 50 in a small box
6. place 10 of these small boxes in a larger box.
7. store the big box in its cabinet.

later i would like to be able to sell a whole box or a small box so i think each box (small and big) would need to be looked at as a stock location? something like BigBox-0001/SmalBox-01 .. BB-0001/SB-10 but that means you need to have these locations created prior to packing.

how do you see or do this?

and would it be possible to add such flow somehow to Inventree?
