What kind of device or service would you like to see an adapter for?
RTSPtoWEB for IPCAMERAS streams with low CPU needs as all other solutions like Motioneye or other. My Synology 220+ is using 6-8% CPU power for 2 streams.

Is the device connected to the internet or only available on a local network?
Internet connection is needed to load the player

Is an official App or Website available?
https://github.com/deepch/RTSPtoWeb

Is an official API including documentation available?
https://github.com/deepch/RTSPtoWeb/blob/master/docs/api.md

Are other libraries for an integration available?
I found an intregation in home assistant: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/rtsp_to_webrtc/

Is this device already integrated in other Smart Home systems?
see above

Is this device already integrated in homebridge? Might the ham adapter in combination with the homebridge plugin be sufficient?
I really don't know

Additional context
It is already discussed in here: https://forum.iobroker.net/topic/63145/test-adapter-onvif-camera-v1-0-0
