Missing object properties that could be included

Hello,

I was building a graph with the biopharmaceutical ontologies and I miss a couple of object properties:

RecipeComponent is part of a Recipe
Recipe is made up of RecipeComponent
BatchRun uses a PieceOfEquipment
PieceOfEquipment is used in BatchRun
ProductionLine is assembled from or contains PieceOfEquipment
PieceOfEquipment is a component of ProductionLine

Can you consider to added these?

Hi Toby,

For 'is part of' and 'is made up' we have BFO:continuant part. If you need a property for parthood specifically between recipe and recipe elements please introduce it in your application ontology as a subproperty of continuant part.
For component of we do have the component part of relation (and its inverse 'has component part') within the IOF Core.

'is used in' and its variation is an interesting potential specialization of 'has participant'. As this is an IOF construct (it is industry agnostic) I will put it on the agenda on the following IOF meetings.
