Note you can get a build via GitHub here: https://github.com/ioquake/ioq3/actions/runs/446086967 but only when you are logged in to GitHub

Going to un-pin this issue and leave it open because it's still important to fix things like the model downloads from the archive of Polycount and get installers back up.
