Add Loading Indicator for Chat Search

Problem

When searching for a chat in the chats UI, there is no loading indicator or any visual feedback to show that the search is in progress. This can make it seem like nothing is happening, leading to confusion.

Expected Behavior

• While a search is in progress, a loading indicator or some form of visual feedback should be displayed to inform the user that the system is working.

Next Steps

1. Design Phase: A designer should create a mockup or define the expected behavior for the loading state during chat search.
2. Implementation Phase: A software engineer (SWE) should implement the designed loading indicator in the chats UI.
