Add unit tests

The fact that this gem is not unit tested at all gives me and my team little confidence in using it. Your clients depend on it, so please consider spending time adding tests to the gem. There's a current PR open (https://github.com/iron-io/iron_worker_ruby/pull/45) that points to an error that I think could've been caught by tests.
