Problem
Currently there's no way to see or update the permission gracefully inside the app, maybe the user dismissed the permission dialog and forgot about it.
Proposed solution
Insert a card at the bottom of the Settings Screen alongside a field on the notification section regarding to open the PermissionHandler and the status of it.
Alternatives considered
None.
Additional context
Filed would live as top item for the notification group, below the hour notification section.
Need to fix and use the proper TimePicker instead of the legacy as a small nit/bug.
Will be great to render an error color border/stroke for the AlarmScheduler permission.
