Saved outputs for domains sometimes don't work.

The sound comes from the default device despite another device being selected in the menu. Refreshing the page doesn't fix it, so I have to select the default device, refresh, select my preferred device again, and then refresh to make it work every time.
This happens on music.youtube.com. I didn't test any other site.
