Feature request: Add exFAT support for internal drives

Would it be possible to add exFAT support for the PS2's internal HDD? The official build of OPL now supports exFAT. It would be amazing if POPStarter could too.

mostly bc I cant remember if POPStarter is loading/messing DEV9.IRX
