[WIP] Handle errors during registration better

Capture Developers-Italia-api errors and show a proper error message better.

Use HTTP status code errors of API to handle proper errors.
Update also API accordingly to return the proper field/entity that fail the constraint (E.g. codeHosting already exists).
Show proper error message without details, when the error is managed.
