How do you add a datapack?

How do you add datapack? I don't mean to prompt clients to download it or force it, I mean datapacks changing some feature on server-side (ie. server's datapacks folder)

I didn't see a section on the website documentation about that (vanilla server)

By "didn't see" it I assume you mean you didn't use the docs search feature 😉

Not sure how I missed it, it did try to use the search feature with some keyword, but apparently I did a mistake somehow :P
