Try
npm run clean followed by npm I to fix in the existing system.

Else you should clone again and run the above commands - because it looks like a project structure issue by wrong file structure on disk

I have had that issue a couple times. It just means I need to run the npm run clean and make sure through running processes that I remove electron.
