Description
This should be possible if we cache most of the document. Areas where we can potentially cache:
- Every page after a page break/FlowFill of the currently edited section
- Every page before a page break/FlowFill of the currently edited section
Maybe we can even fake this by inserting a page break after the currently edited page since the user will only look at one page at a time.
