Instead, it now uses UUID-like thingy as filename.

Background console still shows the proper name:

Never mind, it was a conflict with another extension (https://github.com/alexhua/Aria2-for-chrome). I think it's more like a bug of that extension, so I filed over there: alexhua/Aria2-Explorer#114
