[Feature] Trigger notification on specific bed temperature

It would be useful to know when i can easily detach my print from the bed when it cool down to specific temp.

it is possible now with the plugin https://github.com/gmccauley/OctoPrint-CooldownNotification that will send a gcode when a temp is reached if you put something like M118 E1 UserNotif Bed should be at 35° in that plugin you should get a User Notif notification
