424B2 pulling in filing fees vs the actual doc

Not totally sure if this is an issue or user error.

Take a look at this accession number: 0000950103-24-011052
cusip: 78017GEY3

On the edgar site it has 4 docs associated with it. Two htm files and two images.
The first HTM file is the real meat of the doc. The second one is just the filing fees.
The code seems to be pulling in the second one and not the first doc.

Let me know if I'm doing something wrong or need to somehow specify that I should be pulling in just the first doc.

Actually after investigating a bit more - seems like the Primary Document is coming back incorrectly from Edgar. I could be off though.
