0.4.0 Still has 50000 character limit when using GPU (RTX 5060 ti 16GB VRAM)

I'm still getting the 50000 character restriction when pasting in long-form text into the text input. I understood this requirement had been removed.

Hi @tburn76, on what platform are you running it ? I have the same GPU and running voicebox on docker but it can't detect my GPU..

I'm just using the windows installer on Windows 11. Seems to detect the GPU fine.
