When running the installer on Windows 10 and directing it to install a fresh copy of Citra, I get the following error:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\Halian\\AppData\\Roaming\\Citra\\config\\qt-config.ini'

Note the double backslashes throughout.

Occurs when using a preëxisting copy of Citra as well.
