I was having a text encoding issue with some webpages and narrowed it down to the Invidioucious extension. Turning if off and reloading the page instantly fix the encoding issue. Some examples:
Screen captures for the last 2 examples attached. Look at the accentuated characters (é) and the euro symbol (€). In these examples, it seems the text encoding is modified by Invidioucious (and there's not even a Youtube video there). The meta tag says iso-8859-1 for all of them. Maybe it's a lead to a fix? |
