i really hate to open another issue :)
but...

enabling cookie mode and dark mode doesn't work with
https://invidious.snopyta.org/ - dark mode isn't applied

i suppose this may be an issue with the instance??? if so, sorry

I am not able to reproduce this issue. Dark mode works fine for me on
invidious.snopyta.org and
de.invidious.snopyta.org and
fi.invidious.snopyta.org

interesting - invidious.snopyta.org was the only one where dark mode wouldn't work for me - i'll let it up to you to close

Did you put "invidious.snopyta.org" into the url override box? The settings only get applied to the currently selected instance.
