Otto arms to arduino pro mini

I’m trying to connect BLE BM 10 to arduino pro mini with Otto Arms code. Serial doesn’t work. I connected tx to 0 and rx to 1. When Bluetooth connects I use Otto iOS app to send sound signal or any other signals. It doesn’t seems to receive it. Can you help please?
