Because you're relying on the Internet to successfully pass a packet from end to end using a non-guaranteed protocol (UDP).

Simply put, and assuming the simplest answer tends to be the right one... Your firewall is probably blocking the packets. Maybe reply with a paste or screenshot, or try tracerouting from a looking glass to compare results.

Do you have a solution to it, can you use TCP? Do you know how to use TCP? this application can only route to my gateway then it doesnot work
