Freezing issues with anvil

Making a thread for the people on the db who didn't want to, and also myself. Placing an anvil, or if you wait out the freeze and it finally places, next session when you look at the anvil again, it freezes again.

Also if I add in toolsmith and have multi part rendering on, tool head items loose their item texture and throw an error saying it can't find the texture under combat overhaul. I assume it has something to do with the fork causing issues there, but removing smithing plus lets the heads render fine.
