Folders View reports "Page not found" #892

Expected Behavior

When I click on "Folders" in the sidebar, I would expect my library's folders to show up.

Current Behavior

When I click on "Folders" in the sidebar, I get an error screen saying "Page not found" (see screenshot below).

On Android, folders do show up in Symfonium, so I don't think it's a Server issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Expose the "Folders" item in the sidebar (Sidebar configuration)
Click the "Folders" item
