How to install apr and set APR_CONFIG? I found no relevant guidance.Can you give me some advive?

I think the reason is that the compiled header files are missing, causing the build to fail.

On Linux, it's mostly a matter of installing the libsvn-dev or subversion-devel package. On Windows, it's quite an effort.
