Improve Navbar Styling and Responsiveness

Description

The current navbar on the website has several UI inconsistencies that impact user experience and visual uniformity:

• Login Button Color Mismatch: The login button uses a color scheme that doesn’t blend well with the rest of the navbar.

• Hover Effects Lack Consistency: Some navbar items have inconsistent or missing hover effects, leading to a less interactive feel.

• Alignment Issues: Items within the navbar are not properly spaced/aligned on medium or smaller screens.
