This script will not check if an entry has already been logged, so beware that if you run on the same CSV file again, it will happily progress the same entries again.
Improvement could be to check if an entry with the name, date and time has already been logged.

Thanks for opening the issue. That's correct, there is currently no check. That would mean a lot more API calls and probably a longer call duration of the script.
But I agree, it would be a good improvement. I will leave it open and look into it when I find some time.
Until then, the way to go is to create a copy of the watch history and delete all entries below the last sync date.
