stripURNPrefix is not robust #1
Description
stripURNPrefix in topo checks for "urn:ogf:network" and then proceeds to do text.split(':')[-1]
If an ID ever contains ":" that will mess up the whole naming, and you won't be able to find back the object of the original topology.
