Metis Marker export incomplete

Some markers that are created in PLANOPS will show up as generic markers in the arma export despite there being matching markers in METIS.
Example:

1. Create Signal marker in PLANOPS
   
2. Export to Arma, will show up as:
   
3. Creating the marker directly in Arma via METIS:
   

Might not be worth spending to much time on since you're planning on creating your own marker mod as mentioned in #30 but if it's just a "simple" fix it might be worth it.

I've also just noticed that the GREENFOR suspected Infantry marker exports incorrectly.

Hi,
The GREENFOR dashed marker is not supported by metis marker. The corresponding shape does not exists, I will add a case for it. I will add also the signal symbol in export logic.
If you need also some specific marker in export, I can add them.
Anyway, full support will be done only for my future addition to ctab that will support almost all markers.
