[ansible/platform] Add CA Certificates to JFrog Artifactory trusted keys directory

There should be a task to add or copy CA Certificates to:

cp -a /etc/pki/ca-trust/source/anchors/* /opt/jfrog/artifactory/var/etc/security/keys/trusted/
chown artifactory: /opt/jfrog/artifactory/var/etc/security/keys/trusted/*

To be discussed. Unclear about other hosts.
