How to run proxy and what's the options available for it?
Any docs to guide us will be appreciated.

This is really needed !
I had to read the code to find:

• default bind port is 443 : not allowed in linux unless you're root. I had to change this
• a "/proxy" is inserted between base name and request. I had to change this

Finally I can locally join the proxy ("Test Ok") but can't go any further.
Even a "/api/v3/exchangeInfo" gave a 404 error.
Please help us, the project looks cool.
