Removal All Duplicates not working in bigger files

I set the "Remove All Duplicates" option to true and tried to use the feature on a text file with around 85k entries.
The duplicates were correctly found and the option to remove the then 75k files was also given. When executing the deletion, the success message appears, but the file is unchanged
When disabling the "Remove All Duplicates" option, the deletion on the same file works.
