Revert build to Maven3?

Is there any chance you can revert the build requirement to maven3? (the project won't build with maven3 right now).

maven4 is not GA yet... companies will rebuild packages for their downstream versions.. and since maven4 is not yet GA, it gets pushed back until a Final version of 4 is made.

it would be great if you could push maven4 as a requirement until maven4 is final.

or you plan to keep support jline3? (jline4 release was done as part of the jline3 branch).

The 4.x line requires Maven 4 to build, and we don't necessarily plan to revert that at the moment.

However, JLine 3.x is still supported on the jline-3.x branch, and we've just released 3.30.7 which builds with Maven 3. You can continue using the 3.x line if Maven 4 is not an option for your downstream builds.
