Allow to change the tool version used to run the tests #3
Description
There is the argument tool_version that can be provided but it doesn't seem like it's taking effect at the moment.
A special case is JobRunr Pro where some of the code used for monitoring is only available in v8.
Without this, we can't tell if the performance is worsening or improving from version to version. It also help in confirming surprising results.
