Error During Installation

Recently while installing your project from github (arib-ts2ass) in virtualenv, I got struck with an error can you please help me out!

Thanks for noticing this.
I'll be honest I haven't been maintaining this as its usefulness is decreasing over time. It's looking like the ARIB standard has moved on to include features that I didn't implement in this repo (in 2014 or so).

If I can find some time this weekend I'll try to reproduce your issue.
