Is your feature request related to a problem?
The problem we have is that when someone looks into the code and sees the emoji, they don't know what it means.
Sure, it can be easier if you have the option to have text in addition to emoji as a later config, but some information would still be helpful.
Describe the solution you'd like
I think it would be good to prepare a shield/badge that you can include in the project with a link where you point out the use of the convention.
In addition, it would also be good to have a sentence that can be copied, examples can be seen on readme.so.
I would also like to work out whether the IDE (Jetbrains, Vscode) can provide a note. Keyword header.
