Nested `Text` not updated

What happened?

I try to add Unistyles on the expo starter template to test adaptive theme but when I change ThemedText to use Unistyles StyleSheet with theme color, color is not applied to nested ThemedText directly, only on reload. Simple text works.

I try to use withUnistyles on Text but it changes nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a new expo project
2. add Unistyles and configure adaptive light/dark theme
3. change ThemedText color to replace const color = useThemeColor({ light: lightColor, dark: darkColor }, "text"); by Unistyles StyleSheet with theme color

Light/Dark mode works great on other text elements and views. I’m implementing Unistyles in a larger project and didn’t notice this issue there, but I also don’t have any Text components inside other Text components. I only created this project from expo template to make a demo for my team, so it’s not a big deal.

I found that removing this line https://github.com/bbbenja/expo-unistyles/blob/3a7fa095dff0a024021f2b9af2276ca1e6f2cdcc/app/(tabs)/index.tsx#L46 cause the issue to return

I'm also experiencing this issue.

Something changed and issue is related to react-native-reanimated.
It overrides Unistyles shadow tree commit. Removing both:

<HelloWave />
and
<ParallaxScrollView />
fixes the issue.

I'm working on PR/solution to make Unistyles commits accepted by Reanimated. I will keep you updated.
